As part of a “due diligence” and programming exercise,  the school was considering the purchase of an 8 acre site in Palo Alto with three buildings that was built in the 1960s by a psychological research lab. 

The due diligence portion is to evaluate the buildings and identify any architectural issues that will need to be addressed in any renovation particularly in regards to issues like ADA. The programming effort is to identify and quantify the space needs of the college and determine whether they will fit into the existing buildings.
