This new gateway building at the College of San Mateo, houses Fitness and Aquatic facilities, in addition to the Nursing, Cosmetology, and Dental Hygiene and Assisting Departments. The building defines a dramatic modern identity for the campus while framing new bay and mountain vistas.

The project has been certified LEED Gold by the US Green Building Council.
