One Federal Street Lofts is an adaptive re-use of an existing 3-story concrete warehouse located on a San Francisco Redevelopment Agency site in the South Beach area.  The building contains 49 residential units varying in size from 730 sf to 1,060 sf.  These are loft type units, taking advantage of the 14 foot ceiling height and offering an alternative to the conventional high-rise units coming on line simultaneously.  In addition to the lobby and parking, there are ground floor units with private entrances along a pedestrian mews.
