Icon at Doyle is an adaptive re-use of a warehouse to low-rise multi-family residential rental units designed to reconcile the area’s mix of industrial buildings and single family bungalows, while bringing a modern aesthetic to the historic context. The features 8 live/work lofts, 19 townhouses and 42 parking spaces with vertical lifts. The building is three stories high with parking on the ground level. Newly constructed townhouses on the second level are accessed through a landscaped mews.

Awards include the Gold Nugget presented by PCBC in the Best Adaptive Reuse category and the Design Excellence Award presented by Multihousing News in the Best Low-Rise category.
