This home is nestled in the desert hills outside Moab, Utah. The  project challenged Kwan Henmi to create a house on a cliff about 200 feet high.  Its placement atop the cliff gives the residents an incredible view of a national park. Proper solar orientation & the use of sunshades minimize impact from the sun during the summer season. Native materials such as sandstone and copper were used to blend the house into its surroundings.
