Parkview Terraces provides mixed-use affordable housing for active seniors on the 15,180 sf Parcel A of the Octavia Boulevard redevelopment project.  The building contains 57 studios and 44 single bedrooms on top of retail and service spaces such as a hair salon, a library and a fitness center, along with generous outdoor terraces and parking for 22 vehicles.
