We are honored to work with such an amazing industry leader on the SFO West Field Cargo, winning the Ruby Level for IPI Partnered Projects of the Year!
The McCarthy/Kwan Henmi design-build project team worked extremely hard. We developed an excellent working relationship by being open and honest in our communications and going out of our way to have fun together. To facilitate building team relationships we held several social events where the participants were able to have fun and socialize outside the stressful environment of work. The project topping out party included a Hawaiian style pig roast and included the participation of several team members. The fact that the team liked to have fun and work together was reflected on the partnering scorecard. The highest score achieved was on the goal that the team liked working together—4.9 out of 5!
